How much does custom airbrush cost? Pricing depends on the item, design size and complexity, number of colors, level of detail, and customization requested. Browse our price guides for starting prices, then request a personalized quote. Is a deposit required? A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins on custom orders. The deposit amount will be stated in your quote. The remaining balance is due before shipping or pickup. How long does it take to complete an order? Most custom orders are completed within 5–14 business days. Larger or more detailed projects may require additional time. We’ll confirm your project’s schedule before production. Do you offer rush orders? Rush service may be available depending on our production schedule. Additional fees may apply. Include your deadline in your request. How do I place an order? Tell us about your idea using the custom quote form. Save your private quote link to review your personalized price and project details. Once your quote is ready, approve it and complete the agreement to confirm your order. Any deposit and payment arrangements are handled directly with AirXplosion. Do you ship nationwide? Yes. We ship throughout the United States. International shipping may be available upon request. Shipping costs and arrangements are confirmed in your quote.
How should I wash my airbrush clothing? Turn the garment inside out and wash in cold water on a gentle cycle, or wash by hand with mild detergent. Follow the care instructions provided with your finished item. Can I put my airbrushed shirt in the dryer? We recommend air drying whenever possible. Can I iron over the artwork? Never place a hot iron directly on the painted design. Follow the care instructions provided with your finished item. Will the paint crack, peel, or fade? When properly cared for, our professional textile paints are designed to remain flexible and durable. Following our care instructions will help your artwork last for years. Can the artwork be repaired? In many cases, yes. Contact us with photos of the item, and we’ll let you know if restoration or touch-up services are available.
What is airbrushing?
Airbrushing is a custom painting technique that uses compressed air to apply paint with incredible detail, smooth gradients, and vibrant colors.
What items can you airbrush?
We customize T-shirts, hoodies, hats, sneakers, jackets, canvas artwork, helmets, murals, vehicle parts, and many other specialty items. If you are unsure whether we can customize your item, simply ask us. We'll be glad you did.
Is every design hand-painted?
Yes. Every airbrushed design is individually hand painted by an artist. We do not use printed transfers or vinyl unless specifically requested by the customer.
What makes airbrushed artwork unique?
Unlike printed designs, no two hand-painted pieces are exactly alike. Each item is created with artistic detail and personal craftsmanship.
Can I submit my own design and photo? Absolutely! We welcome custom artwork, photos, and design ideas. Add a reference image to your quote request. Can you create a design for me? Yes. If you have an idea but not a finished design, we'll work with you to create a concept that fits your vision. Can I add names, dates, and special messages? Yes. Personalization is one of our specialties. Names, birthdays, memorials, anniversaries, graduation dates, quotes, and other custom text can be added. Will I receive a design proof before painting begins? For many custom projects, we provide a digital concept or design approval before production begins. Proof arrangements will be confirmed with your quote. Can you match specific colors? We do our best to match colors as closely as possible. Slight variations may occur due to fabric type, paint application, and monitor settings.
Can I order airbrushed items in bulk? Absolutely! We can accommodate bulk orders for events, teams, businesses, and more. Contact us to discuss your needs and receive a custom quote. What if I'm not satisfied with my order? Contact us with your concerns and photos so we can review the issue. Orders may be canceled before artwork production begins. Once painting has started, cancellations are generally not available because each piece is custom made. Any deposit terms are stated in your quote. Do you accept returns? Due to the personalized nature of custom artwork, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made on our part. What if my item is damaged during shipping? Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist with a claim and resolution. How can I contact customer support? Use our Contact section to send an inquiry. Include your existing order reference when applicable. We strive to respond to inquiries within one business day. Do you guarantee your work?
